We have written music for a number of well known Fitness TV shows and video's including: "In Shape With Sharon Mann", "The Caribbean Workout"  "The Works DVD series" as well as corporate fitness segments for Sears Free Spirit and Goodlife Fitness Clubs of Canada.

Our production team has written, recorded and produced a number of quality sounding aerobic remakes including everything from up tempo club hit's and radio friendly classics to wonderful soft relaxing new age music.
