Like most shopping carts, our cart requires the use of
"Cookies". Cookies are small bits of
information used for keeping track of
the products you are putting in your cart. There is No
personal identifiable information being
gathered by our site. Only the information you submit
during the checkout process is being
forwarded to Burntrax. If when trying to add a product
to your shopping cart you receive
either a blank screen or a Microsoft OLE DB error, it is
usually due to your computer being set
to "Block All Cookies" Most shopping carts will
not
function properly with this setting.
However, if your web browser is set to it's default setting,
you should have no problems using this
cart. The following paragraph will walk you through a
simple procedure for resetting your
browser to the proper settings.
Enabling
default settings:
1. Go to the top of your browser and
click on "Tools" and then "Internet
Options"
2. Click on the "Security"
tab. Make sure the security level for the zone is set to
the
"Medium"
setting. or "default" setting.
3. Now click on the "Privacy"
tab. Make sure the setting is set to "Medium"
(default) or
the Medium
High setting. Click "OK"
* Other possible cause's can include "Antivirus"
software being set to high.
The shopping cart should now function
properly.
