If you still do not have your product after the allotted
shipping times,
As much as we try diligently to get your order out on time,
unfortunately your shipment may be delayed due to a product
being on backorder. In this case, your credit card is
not actually processed until the order is ready to ship. If
possible, please verify when your credit card was charged.
(this can be done by accessing your phone or on-line
banking) *All orders ship out within 24 hrs of the time your
credit card was debited. If your order has still
exceeded the allotted time, please email

If you have a defective
product: (within 30
days of purchase)
If you have received a product that is
believed to be defective, please read the following:
CD SKIPPING: Please first confirm that it is the
product and not the player. For example: If you have a disk
that is skipping, first look to see if there is a visible
scratch on the back of the CD. In many cases, cleaning
the CD player can solve the problem. Also, try the disk on a
different CD player. If you have confirmed that the CD
is defective and was purchased within the allotted 30 days,

IMPORTANT:
When shipping back a defective CD. Send just the
defective CD only. Keep the other CD, insert
card and case. Please include a copy of your original
invoice (if available) along with a note describing the
problem.

like to exchange/return a product: (within 30

At Burntrax Music, Each product
we offer is designed to "Move, Groove & Improve" you and
your participants. If, for any reason, your purchase does
not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30
days for Exchange or a Burntrax Music account credit
for the amount of the purchase price. (less shipping and
handling). This credit will be added to your file and can be
used at any time. To order from a credit please call our
office or email the order to
esupport@burntrax.com .
(The website will not recognize a credit on account.)
Unfortunately, due to a increase in user copying, Burntrax
does not offer refunds. To exchange a product please
